CCTV drain surveys in Bristol

For blockages that keep coming back, smells, rats or suspected damage, a camera survey shows the inside of the drain. Reviewers mention Ross walking them through the footage, finding the route a rodent was using and the fault behind it, and explaining both the problem and the fix in plain terms.

“Ross visited to assess a drainage issue and was professional and clear from the outset, taking the time to explain everything and walk me through CCTV footage. He identified the route of a rodent issue alongside the underlying drainage fault, quickly diagnosing the cause and explaining the necessary work.”

Likely cause

Blockage keeps coming back

Something in the drain is catching waste: roots, a displaced joint, a crack or a dip in the pipe. A camera shows which.

What Ross will usually do

  1. Clear the drain so the camera can see
  2. Survey it with CCTV and talk you through the footage
  3. Quote a fixed price for the repair

The price is agreed on the phone first. Drains are generally cleared from £89, and anything bigger gets a fixed price before work starts.
