“Ross visited to assess a drainage issue and was professional and clear from the outset, taking the time to explain everything and walk me through CCTV footage. He identified the route of a rodent issue alongside the underlying drainage fault, quickly diagnosing the cause and explaining the necessary work. Ross was respectful, meticulous, and treated my home with care, even taking his shoes off without being asked. After dealing with multiple contractors, this was the first time someone properly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained both the problem and the solution. The work has been completed to a high standard, and I now feel confident it has been resolved properly.”

“Highly recommended! We had a combined drain block and drainage leak, that was producing a foul smell under the kitchen floor. Ross responded very quickly to my call, came out the same afternoon to determine the problem and provide a quote. Because the issue was under the floor he clearly communicated that it would only be resolved when the floor was opened up. On doing this Ross quickly identified the two problems, promptly fixed them and did an overall diagnostic of the drains. All the mess was tidied. He revised his quote and charged a very fair price for the work. If we ever need drainage or plumbing work done again, Bristol Drain & Plumbing would be our go to. “Ross has now unblocked 2 of our outside drains. He has been quick to respond, helpful, polite, and very capable. He gets on with the job and does not look to make the job any bigger than it needs to be. One drain had already been looked at by another team who thought it would need excavation, but Ross had it clear in 20 minutes and tidied the area afterwards. Definitely recommend.”
